30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
After receiving the order by the customer there is a duration of 30 days to return and exchange the purchased product. After 30 days the return and exchange will be engaged. The Top Movie Jackets will not be responsible for any sort of dissatisfaction due to the error issues.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS
If the cancellation of the order should be made within 24 hours after placing the order we will refund the entire sum to the purchaser's account. But after 24 hours there is a deduction of the amount according to the terms and conditions. Not any type of cancellation will be entertained after the 5 days of confirmation.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If the customer wishes to exchange the product due to the size issue with the desired size, then we offer them the exact size, free of cost. But the customer is liable to pay the postage cost which depends on the size and weight of the parcel. Exchange is also approved when you find some distinction in the design or color. Simply, within 7 days after the product is received send us the picture of the product and highlight the issues which you are facing. We will try quickly to solve it.
SIZE ISSUE
Within 24 hours the request for changing the size of your apparel will be welcomed. But after the given time there will be the charge as per according to the situation. In case of any damage that happened to the product, the exchange of size is not possible.
RETURN POLICY
The return policy relies on the following conditions.

The orders or items that are customized based are not refundable, nor exchangeable.
